Gauswheel SLX 3.0 Urban

Okay, I know what you're thinking, "What the hell is that!?"

We thought the same when this rather interesting piece of engineering landed in our laps, but after careful consideration and extensive falling over, the conclusion is that 'that' is pure awesome.

I feel we should get this out of the way before we continue any further.

Now you've got an idea of what the Gauswheel can do, I'll tell you how exactly it does it.

Made from fibreglass reinforced nylon composite which is 3 times stronger than the usual ABS, this product is incredibly strong, allowing for insane tricks and some frankly bizarre stunts. Also helping make the Gauswheel extra sturdy are the reinforced edges, filled with a stiffened rib structure it allows much more ride control, as every shift in weight goes into moving the SLX, instead of just flexing it.

The main wheel is very similar to a bicycle road bike one, it's air filled, making it quiet and quick, as well as being grippy with a high level of stability, perfect for those fast turns. The hub is also much larger, reducing sideways flex in the spokes.

On the rear is a smaller air filled tyre, on a bearing, letting you turn smoothly.

To sum it up, the Gauswheel SLX is a fun, challenging and seriously funky piece of kit ideal for speeding up that walk through town, learning some really cool and unique tricks, or just messing around on!
